Stage One of teacher platform development for Literacy program was assembling new instructional model to create example TOC structure flow for academic evaluation of the program strategy. We started with evaluating two different strategies for content flow.

When the final TOC structure is assembled, it is time to implement content outcomes into the learning platform to examine how it effects the asset distribution and academic model.
